The HerR restaurant is currently closed for a winter break.
At the same time, we would like to inform you that Sascha Bungeroth has decided to pursue new professional opportunities and has left the HerR restaurant.
We thank him for the time we worked together and wish him all the best for his future endeavors.
During the winter break, we are focusing on the development of a new culinary concept, which will be presented later in 2026.
